Return & Refund Policy
At Wenrio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Mini Hair Straightener, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@wenrio.store.
Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Wenrio will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you changed your mind or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
